Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unaltered, and undamaged).Contact Client Services with your order number to initiate the return or exchange process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to process. All returned jewelry will undergo a Quality Control (QC) inspection before processing.We cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized, worn, used, altered, or damaged items.
